PROCEEDINGS OF THE ACADIA PARISH ASSESSMENT DISTRICT HELD AT THE
ACADIA PARISH ASSESSOR’S OFFICE TAKEN AT A SCHEDULED MEETING HELD
ON APRIL 6, 2021.
A meeting of the Acadia Parish Assessment District was held at the Acadia Parish Assessor’s
Office on the 6th day of April, 2021.
That public written notice of the agenda, date, time and place of the hearing was posted on the
building where the meetings of this taxing authority are usually held, more than 24 hours prior to
the meeting.
Those present included: James J. Petitjean, Assessor, Deborah Jackson, Joel O’Quain Annette
Thibodeaux, Cheryl Boudreaux, Nancy Hayes and Jeff Bourgeois.
The meeting was called to order and the roll called.
Minutes of the previous meeting held on December 16, 2020 were reviewed and approved by
James J. Petitjean.
Old business:
1- NONE.
New Business:
1- Adopted 2021 Millage Rate of 3.77.
There being no further business, upon motion duly made, seconded and unanimously carried, the
meeting was adjourned.
